Si trova a 80m. dal mare, in palazzina “d’epoca”, nel centro di Castiglioncello. Dispone di giardino attrezzato.

Il monolocale è composto da:
- una grande stanza con angolo cottura e comodo divano letto (per 2 persone)
- una piccola camera, con due letti a castello, adatto per 2 ragazzi
- un bagno molto spazioso, con doccia

L’appartamento è situato in una palazzina “d’epoca”, indipendente, al piano terreno, appena ristrutturato e graziosamente arredato, con aria condizionata e vetri antirumore, TV, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, microonde, parcheggio pubblico, giardino attrezzato, ombrellone e due “spiaggine”. La biancheria viene fornita su richiesta.
Poiché l’immobile risale al 1920, la ristrutturazione è stata fatta con una attenzione particolare alla conservazione delle strutture “d’epoca “ (soffitto a mattoni sabbiato ecc.). Ogni anno la proprietaria aggiunge qualcosa per aumentare il comfort e la piacevolezza dell’arredo.

Nella Riviera degli Etruschi. Vicino a Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano e L’Isola d’Elba ( gite organizzate una o più volte la settimana)
COME SI RAGGIUNGE
Nave: porto di Livorno : 20 Km . Aereo: aeroporto di Pisa: 40 Km. Macchina: A12 fino all’ultima uscita Rosignano, poi Superstrada SS1 direzione Livorno, uscita Castiglioncello.
CASTIGLIONCELLO : SOLE , SPIAGGE, SCOGLIERE, PINETE.
- E’ stata scelta prima spiaggia d’Italia, per l’estate 2005, da un sondaggio del Quotidiano “Oggi”.
- Ha un porto turistico di recentissima costruzione, molto frequentato e arricchito di eleganti strutture per lo svago e lo shopping, Assidui frequentatori, fra gli altri, Roberto Cavalli e Velisti per Caso.
- Da Marzo a Ottobre il suo “microclima “ unico, fa sì che raramente una giornata sia senza sole.
CASTIGLIONCELLO ha una ricca tradizione culturale, essendo stata residenza ispiratrice dei più famosi pittori Macchiaioli : ci sono convegni, rappresentazioni teatrali e di danza, concerti di musica classica e moderna, pop,spettacoli di noti comici e showman.
PER I GIOVANI
- Discoteche,anche nei dintorni, lounge bars e la bellissima “spiaggia bianca”, lunga qualche chilometro.
SPORTS E TEMPO LIBERO
- Si possono praticare tennis, minigolf, vela,bicicletta, cavallo. Per chi ama camminare, sulle colline circostanti, si possono fare passeggiate trekking organizzate o da soli . La passeggiata a mare, si snoda per 5 Km., da Caletta, con un alternarsi di calette, scogliere, bagni privati e piccole spiagge fino alla Punta Righini, dove il paesaggio acquista una suggestione lunare.
La Pineta Marradi risale agli inizi del ‘900 e il Parco del Castello Pasquini al secolo precedente.

Il se trouve à 80m. de la mer , dans un petit immeuble “d’epoque”, dans le centre de Castiglioncello. Il dispose d’un jardin équipé .

Le studio est composé de:
- une grande chambre, avec un coin cuisine et un très confortable canapé-lit (pour 2 personnes),
- une petite chambre avec deux lits superposés pour 2 enfants,
- une grande salle de bain avec douche.
Couchage au total: 2+2

Le studio est situé dans une ville familiale d’èpoque, au rez de chaussée; il est complétement rénové et joliment meublé avec vitres anti-bruit, air conditionné, télévision, lave-linge, micro-ondes, fer à repasser,emplacement publique pour la voiture, jardin équipé, parasol et deux chaises pour la mer.
La restauration a cherché de valoriser les elements “d’époque” de l’immeuble qui date de 1920. Chaque année on mets quelque nouveau comfort ou quelque chose de jolie, pour améliorer l’appartement. Linge à la demande.

L’hospitalité est particulierèment soignée (cartes, dépliants , et informations). On parle Français et Anglais.

CASTIGLIONCELLO; OU’ SE TROUVE
- Il est sur la Rivière des Etrusques et peut facilement se rejoindre en bateau (Port de Livourne à 20 Km), en avion (aéroport de Pise à 40 Km), voiture (A12 jusqu’à la dernière sortie Rosignano, puis Superstrada (route express) SS1 direction Livourne, sortie Castiglioncello).
- Castiglioncello se trouve près de Florence, Pise, Lucque, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Sienne et l’Ile d’Elbe (excursions organizées chaque semaine).

CASTIGLIONCELLO: SOLEIL, PLAGES, ROGHERS, PINEDES
- A été chiosi par un sondage italien comme la prèmière plage pour l’été 2005.
- A un nouveau Port Tourisique, très organisé et enrichi par des boutiquese et des attractions et frequenté par les Vips.
- Dès Mars à Octobre, son “microclimat” particulier, rends toutes les journées merveuillesement ensoleillées.
CASTIGLIONCELLO a aussi une riche tradition culturelle, étan donné que c’était la résidence d’inspiration des plus célèbre peintres Macchiaioli. Il y a des Congrès, spectacles de téatre et de dance, concerts de musique classique et moderne spectacles de célèbres personnages comiques.
POUR LES JEUNES:
Il y a discoteques, aussi dans les villes voisines, lounge bars et la “plage blanche”, très particulière et longue quelques kilometres.

SPORTS ET TEMPS LIBRE
Por ceux qui aime les longues promenades, on peut faire du trekking dans le collines voisines.
Sur la mer il y a une Promenade, qui se deroule pour 5 Km, de Caletta, à travers des cales, rochers, bains privés et petites plages publiques, jusqu’à la Punta Righini, avec un paysage presque “lunaire”.
On peut jouer au tennis, golf miniature, naviguer à la voile, aller au cheval.

The apartment is at the ground floor in a small villa.

The apartment has been fully renovated, in the respect of the old housing, which dates back to 1920 and has air conditioning and anti-noise windows.

The hosts are very accommodating and will happily provide the guests (with maps, brochures and local information). Every year they add some nice comforts to the house. English and French are spoken.

CASTIGLIONCELLO: HOW TO REACH US - DISTANCES
The Etrurian Coast, where Castiglioncello is situated, is easily reached by car (Motorway A 12 : exit Rosignano, take the SS1 in the direction of Livorno (Castiglioncello exit) or by boat (Port of Livorno at 20km) and the Airport of Pise is only 40 km away. Florence, Pise, Lucca, Volterra, S. Gimignano, Siena and the Ile of Elba are easily reached. (Weekly excursions are organized).

CASTIGLIONCELLO: SUN,BEACHES, ROCKS, PINEWOODS
- It has been elected Summer beach 2005 by an Italian survey.
- It has a new Tourist Port, very well equipped, with a shopping center. Many Vips land here with their yachts.
- From March to October its particular “microclimate” makes each day a sunny day.
CASTIGLIOCELLO has also a rich cultural heritage, and in the past it inspired the “Macchiaioli” artistic movement. There are meetings, dance and theatre shows, concerts of classical and pop music, shows of famous showmen or showgirls.
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
-There are discos, lounge bars and the wonderful “white beach”, some kilometres long.

SPORTS AND FREE TIME:
If you love walking you can make long walks on the hills nearby, enjoying the best countryside which has inspired the masterpieces of the Macchiaioli painters.
Along the beach there is a Promenade, of 5 Km, which, leaving from Caletta, crosses nice bays, rocks, private and public sands and finishes at the Punta Righini, with an almost “moon” aspect. The Marradi Pinewood dates back to the beginning of the XX century, while the Park of the Castello Pasquini dates back to the previous century.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem „historischen“ Mehrfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss, kürzlich restauriert und hübsch eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage und schalldichten Fenstern, TV, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, öffentlicher Parkplatz, ausgestatteter Garten, Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegestühlen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

Da die Immobilie auf 1920 zurückgeht, wurde die Restaurierung mit besonderer Rücksicht auf die Erhaltung der „historischen“ Struktur vorgenommen (Decken aus Sandstein etc.). Jedes Jahr fügt die Vermieterin etwas hinzu, um den Komfort und die Annehmlichkeit der Einrichtung zu erhöhen.

AUSGESPROCHEN GEPFLEGTE GASTFREUNDLICHKEIT (Stadtpläne, Broschüren, Telefonnummern und Informationen); man spricht fließend englisch und französisch.

CASTIGLIONCELLO : SONNE, STRÄNDE, KLIPPPEN, PINIENWÄLDER.
- Im Sommer 2005 wurde der Strand auf den ersten Platz Italiens gewählt, laut einer Umfrage der Zeitschrift “Oggi”.
- Der Ort hat einen Touristenhafen, der erst kürzlich konstruiert wurde, sehr belebt und reich an eleganten Strukturen zur Ablenkung und zum Shoppen. Stammbesucher sind Roberto Cavalli und Gelegeheitssegler.
