Il Residence è situato a circa 10 minuti di automobile dall'uscita A1 casello Valdarno, 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Montevarchi, fra Firenze, Arezzo e Siena.
Il Residence offre 6 appartamenti, tutti indipendenti, con possibilità di giardino e verande coperte per ogni singola unità.
In ogni appartamento: pavimenti in cotto fiorentino, soffitti con travi di legno a vista, muri in pietra. Cucina
con lavastoviglie, riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, TV satellitare e arredi in fine stile toscano, l'antico ed il moderno si trovano in un completo mix!!

Tutti i prezzi si intendono ad appartamento e non a persona. Le settimane si intendono da Sabato a Sabato. Al momento della conferma è richiesto un acconto del 25%.
Il prezzo include: acqua, elettricità, gas, attrezzatura per cucina, biancheria da bagno, da camera e da cucina, pulizie finali, uso della piscina, uso del ping-pong, uso del campo da volley,uso del biliardino, uso lavanderia e barbecue, tasse.
Il prezzo non include: eventuale consumo riscaldamento 10,00 EUR al giorno, noleggio asciugamani piscina 6,00

It takes 10 minutes to get to from the highway A1 and 10 minutes from Montevarchi train station in the middle of Tuscany in the Chianti area between Florence, Arezzo and Siena .
The Farm Residence has 6 apartments, each with an indipendent entrance and garden. Each apartment has: terracotta floors - ceiling with wodden beams - stonewalls - kitchen with dish washer - independent central
heating - air conditioning - satellite TV. The apartments are fully furnished in tuscan style.

Die Anlage liegt circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Autobahnausfahrt Valdarno entfernt, 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Montevarchi, zwischen Florenz, Arezzo und Siena.
Die Anlage bietet 6 separate Ferienwohnungen, mit der Möglichkeit den Garten und die überdachte Veranda zu benützen. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über: florentinischen Terrakottafußboden, Decken mit Holzbalken, Steinwände. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Heizung, Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen und Einrichtung im toskanischen Stil, in dem antike und moderne Elemente einen stilvollen Mix ergeben!
Ferienwohnung A (3+2): Küche/Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch und Einzelbett, Doppelzimmer, zwei Bäder mit Dusche, Satellitenfernsehen, Heizung, Klimaanlage und Safe mit Nummernkombination, Loggia und dazugehörigem Garten.

Im Preis inbegriffen: Wasser, Strom, Gas, Küchenausstattung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, Endreinigung, Benutzung des Swimmingpools, Tischtennis, Volleyballfeld, Billardspiel, Waschmaschine, Grill, Mehrwertsteuern.
Nicht im Preis inbegriffen: Benutzung der Heizung (falls nötig) 10,00 Euro pro Tag, Handtücher für Swimmingpool 6,00 Euro pro Person, tägliche Reinigung 35,00 Euro pro Tag, Miete von Mountainbikes.

Dans les prix sont inclus: l'eau, l'électricité, le gaz, l'équipement de la cuisine, le linge (chambres, salles de bains et cuisine), le ménage final, l'utilisation de la piscine, du ping-pong, du terrain de volley, du petit billard, de la buanderie et du barbecue, les taxes.
Dans les prix ne sont pas inclus: les consommations de chauffage (10 € par jour), la location d'une serviette de bain pour la piscine (6 € par personne), le ménage journalier (35 €), la location d'un VTT.
