Gli appartamenti si trovano nel centro di Firenze in un'antica via, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco e dal Mercato di San Lorenzo e a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e dal David di Michelangelo al museo dell'Accademia.
Situati al 2° piano senza ascensore (32 scalini) in un edificio il cui nucleo originario risale al medioevo, sono stati completamente ristrutturati nel 2003 (Aprile). I locali sono caratterizzati da tipici soffitti con travi in legno e sono elegantemente arredati con mobili dei primi del'900.

Entrambi gli appartamenti sono dotati di:
- 4 posti letto (2 letti + 2 poltrone/divano letto)
- angolo cottura completamente attrezzato di stoviglie e utensili per 4 persone, con 2 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico, macchina per il caffè e frigorifero
- bagno con doccia
- riscaldamento
- ventilatori a pale sul soffitto

Il "Carolina 1" è un ampio monolocale che si affaccia sugli storici palazzi di via San Gallo, il "Carolina 2 " è un bilocale costituito da una zona giorno con angolo cottura illuminato da una grande finestra sui tetti di Firenze e da una camera doppia. Anche il bagno è dotato di una sua finestra.
Possibilità di parcheggio custodito e coperto a 5 minuti a piedi.

L'appartamento Carolina 2 dispone di aria condizionata

Riduzioni per soggiorni di due settimane ed oltre.

Nei periodi di Pasqua, Natale e Capodanno i prezzi subiranno una maggiorazione del 20%

The appartments are located in the center of Florence, in an ancient street very near San Marco place and San Lorenzo market, just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Michelangelo's David in the Accademia museum.
They are at the second floor (no lift, 32 steps) of a building whose original part goes back to the middle ages and they have been completely restaurated in 2003 (April).
Their rooms are characterized by the tipical "tuscan" beams ceilings and the furniture is of the early 900s.

Both of them are provided with:
- 2 beds + 2 day-beds/chair-beds
- kitchnette completely equipped with cooking utensiles and crockery for 4 people, 2 eletric hotplats, eletric oven, coffeemachine and refrigerator
- bathroom with shower
- heating
- broad blades ceiling ventilators
- bed linen if required 

The appartament "Carolina 1" is a wide one-room flat overlooking the historical palaces of San Gallo Street.The appartament " Carolina 2" is a two-rooms flat formed by a living-room with a kitchnette and a double bedroom. The living-room is lighted by a big window overlooking the roofs of Florence, and even the bathroom has its own window.

Reduction for stays of two weeks or more.

Sie sind im zweiten Stock eines Gebäude, dessen Uhrteil recht zum Mittelalter zurüch (keiner Lift, 32Stufe).
Die Wohnugen sind im Jahre 2003 ganz erneuert worden; die Zimmer charakterisieren sich für die typischen Holzbalkendecke und die Möblierung ist von dem Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts.

Die beiden Wohnungen haben:
- 2 Betten + 2 Klappbetten/Couchbetten
- Kleinküche ganz ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten und Küchengeschirr für 4 Personen, 2 elektische Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank.
- Badenzimmer mit Dusche

Die "Carolina 1" ist ein breites Einzimmer mit Aussicht auf die historischen Gebäude der San Gallo Straße, die "Carolina 2" ist ein Zweitezimmer, gebildet von ein Wohnzimmer mit Kleinküche und ein Doppelbettzimmer. Die Wohnzimmer ist von einer grössen Fenster erleuchtet, die auf die Dächer Florenzes blikt. Auch das Badenzimmer hat seine eigene Fenster.
