Il casale, immerso nel verde tra Lucca e l'antico borgo di Camaiore a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge della Versilia, ospita sei appartamenti indipendenti arredati in modo caldo e accogliente, dove poter trascorrere serenamente e in completo relax le proprie vacanze o dei brevi soggiorni, sia nel periodo estivo che in quello invernale. Un grande giardino e la piscina attrezzata sono a disposizione degli ospiti del casale per le attività all'aria aperta.

Gli appartamenti si trovano in un casale tipico della Lucchesia, ristrutturato nel 2001 e situato lungo la strada provinciale che collega Lucca con Camaiore. L'edificio si sviluppa su due piani e ospita sei appartamenti. Si trova all'interno di un terreno di circa 3000 mq, è dotato di un ampio parcheggio, di un giardino attrezzato e di una piscina di 6x12 metri (aperta da metà maggio a inizio ottobre) con doccia esterna e zona relax con poltroncine, tavoli, sdraio e ombrelloni. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno pavimento in mattonelle, arredi in stile country e riscaldamento a gas. Ristoranti e bar si trovano a 600/700 metri dal casale. A 2 chilometri vi sono negozi di generi alimentari e una banca.

GUTSHAUS LA FATA - PESCAGLIA (LUCCA)
Das Gutshaus befindet sich zwischen Lucca und dem mittelalterlichen Dorf Camaiore und nur wenige Kilometer entfernt von den Stränden der Versilia.
Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und einen großen Garten.

Das Gutshaus, das mitten im Grünen zwischen Lucca und dem mittelalterlichen Dorf Camaiore und nur wenige Kilometer von den Stränden der Versilia entfernt liegt, besitzt sechs Ferienwohnungen, die freundlich und gemütlich ausgestattet sind. Man kann dort wunderbar entspannt seine Ferien verbringen oder auch einen kurzen Aufenthalt genießen, und zwar sowohl während der Sommermonate als auch im Winter. Ein großer Garten und ein Swimmingpool mit Ausstattung steht den Gästen des Gutshauses für Außenaktivitäten zur Verfügung.

Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem typischen Gutshaus Luccas, das 2001 restauriert wurde und entlang der Landstrasse liegt, die Lucca mit Camaiore verbindet. Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Stockwerken und beherbergt 6 Ferienwohnungen. Es befindet sich auf einem Grundstück von ca. 3.000 m², mit einem großzügigem Parkplatz, einem gut ausgestatteten Garten und einem Swimmingpool von 6x12 m (geöffnet von Mitte Mai bis Anfang Oktober) mit Außenduschen und einer Ruhezone mit Sesseln, Tischen, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Alle Ferienwohnungen haben Steinfußboden, sind im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und mit Gasheizung. Restaurants und Cafes befinden sich 600/700 m vom Gutshaus entfernt. 2 km weiter finden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Bank.

Farmhouse La Fata - Pescaglia (Lucca)
The farmhouse is situated between Lucca and the old village of Camaiore and is just a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia. It also includes a large garden and swimming pool.

The farmhouse, immersed in the countryside between Lucca ands the old village of Camaiore, and a just a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia, contains six separate apartments, each furnished in a cosy manner. Here one can spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday or short break, either in the summertime or during the winter months. A large garden and fully-equipped swimming pool are available to guests who wish to enjoy the open air.

The apartments are housed in a farmhouse typical of the Lucca area, located on the road linking Lucca and Camaiore and completely restructured in 2001. The building is on two floors and contains six apartments. Situated within grounds measuring approximately 3000 square metres, it is equipped with ample car parking space, a fully-equipped swimming pool measuring 6 by 12 metres (open from mid-May to early October) with outdoor shower and a relax area with sunbeds, tables, deckchairs and umbrellas. All the apartments have tiled floors, rustic decor and gas heating. Restaurants and bars can be found 600-700 metres from the farmhouse, and small shops and a bank are a further two kilometres away.

FERME LA FATA - PESCAGLIA (LUCQUES)
La ferme se trouve entre Lucques et l'antique bourg de Camaiore et à quelques kilomètres des plages de le Versalia. Elle dispose d'une piscine et d'un grand jardin.

La ferme, plongée dans la verdure entre Lucques et l'antique bourg de Camaiore à quelques kilomètres des plages de la Versalia, regroupe six appartements indépendants meublés de façon chaude et accueillante, dans lesquels il est possible de passer des vacances ou de brefs séjours dans le plus grand relax, aussi bien en période estivale qu'hivernale. Un grand jardin et une piscine sont à la disposition des hôtes de la ferme pour les activités de plein air.

Les appartements se trouvent dans une ferme typique de la région de Lucques, restaurée en 2001 et située le long de la route départementale qui relie Lucques et Camaiore. Le bâtiment se divise en deux étages et comporte six appartements. Il se trouve à l'intérieur d'un terrain de 3000 m² environ, il dispose d'un grand parking, d'un jardin équipé et d'une piscine de 6x12 mètres (ouvert de mi-mai à début octobre) avec douche extérieure et zone de repos avec transats, tables, relax et parasols. Tous les appartements ont un sol en petites briques, ameublement en style country et chauffage à gaz. Des restaurants et des bars se trouvent à 600/700 mètres de la ferme.
