conferma.
Il saldo dovrà essere versato in contanti alla
consegna delle chiavi, prevedendo in aggiunta una
cauzione di € 100, che sarà restituita alla partenza
previa verifica del buono stato degli arredi e delle
attrezzature in dotazione dell'appartamento. In caso
di annullamento della prenotazione è prevista la
restituzione della caparra versata solo nel caso in
cui la disdetta avvenga entro 30 giorni dalla data
prevista di arrivo.

Srl. Une copie du paiement devra être envoyée par
fax pour confirmation. Le réglement devra être
effectué comptant à la remise des clés et une
caution de 100 € devra être versée. Elle sera
restituée à la fin du séjour, après inventaire et
vérification du bon état de l'équipement de l'appartement.
En cas d'annulation de la réservation, les arrhes
versées seront restituées, à condition que le
locataire l'ait fait savoir au moins 30 jours avant
la date d'arrivée prévue.

eine Kaution von € 100 vorgesehen, die bei Abreise
nach vorheriger Überprüfung des guten Zustandes der
Einrichtung und der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung
zurückerstattet wird. Im Fall einer Stonierung der
Reservierung ist einen Rückerstattung der Kaution
nur dann vorgesehen, wenn die Stonierung bis 30 Tage
vor Ankunft geschieht.

Excelsior Srl. The certified copy of payment must be
sent by fax in order to receive confirmation. Full
payment must be made on consignment of the keys, in
addition a deposit of €100, which will then be
returned on departure following inspection of the
state of the apartment and its furnishings etc. In
case of cancellation the down-payment will only be
refunded if a sufficient notice of 30 days is given.
ORARIO DI ARRIVO E PARTENZA:
L'orario di arrivo è generalmente previsto tra le
ore 17 e le ore 20 e deve comunque essere concordato
e comunicato al momento della prenotazione.
L'appartamento deve essere lasciato libero entro le
ore 10 del giorno previsto per la partenza, salvo
diversi accordi. In caso di partenza oltre l’orario
stabilito sarà addebitata una quota giornaliera
aggiuntiva. Non sono ammessi animali.
HORAIRES D'ARRIVÉE ET DE DÉPART :
L'heure d'arrivée est généralement prévue entre 17 h
et 20 h. Elle doit être déterminée et communiquée au
moment de la réservation. L'appartement doit être
libéré le jour prévu avant 10 h, à moins qu'un autre
horaire n'ait été fixé. En cas de départ en dehors
de l'horaire convenu, une participation journalière
supplémentaire sera débitée. Les animaux ne sont pas
admis.
ANKUNFT- UND ABFAHRTSZEITEN:
Die Anreisezeit ist im Allgemeinen zwischen 17 Uhr
und 20 Uhr vorgesehen und muss in jedem Fall bei der
Reservierung vereinbart und mitgeteilt werden. Die
Ferienwohnung muss bis 10 Uhr des Abreisetags
geräumt werden, abgesehen von speziellen
Vereinbarungen. Im Fall der Abreise nach
vereinbarter Uhrzeit, wird ein zusätzlicher
Tagessatz berechnet. Haustiere sind nicht verlaubt.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
TIMES: Arrival time is generally between 5pm
and 8pm and must be arranged and agreed upon when
booking. The apartment nust be vacated by 10am on
the morning of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
In case of delayed departure an extra night will be
added to the final bill. We regret that pets cannot
be admitted.
