At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the property away. Parking within the grounds. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). Baby bed available on request (€ 30,- / per week payment on the spot). Shared laundry (€ 8,- / per washing) at guests' disposal.

This 200-hectare estate also comprises a beautiful Renaissance villa dating back to the year 1500, once residence of Giovanni della Casa, a Vatican statesman author of important works like the “Galateo” (book of etiquette). Distances: Borgo San Lorenzo with all kinds of shops 3km, Scarperia with gold course 5km, Florence 27km. At guests’ disposal: large completely fenced garden, 2 swimming-pools (16 x 8 – open from 01/04 to 31/10) with Jacuzzi area, wellness centre (sauna, Turkish bath, gym at € 15,- / per day), restaurant, wine bar available for tasting of local wines and cheeses and for daily breakfast (on request), table tennis, volleyball ground, playground for children, barbecue, tennis court (€ 8,- / per hour), private furnished outdoor area and independent entrance for all of the apartments. Covered parking within the grounds. Shared laundry with washing-machine (€ 7,5 / per washing). All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV and telephone. Mountain-bikes for rent. On request it is possible to arrange guided tours, bike tours, Italian-language lessons, cooking and painting classes. The produce of the estate is available for clients to be purchased.

The rental price includes maid service (provided 3 hours, 3 days a week) and breakfast prepared 2 times a week. Chefs are available to cook on premises for an additional fee payable on the spot.
