il posto ideale per passare una tranquilla e piacevole vacanza. La casa è
confortevole ed arredata con gusto, grazie alle sue grandi finestre è molto
arieggiata e luminosa, mentre il portico, che circonda quasi la metà
dell’ intera proprietà, garantisce una piacevole ombra per passare piacevoli
momenti al fresco nelle sere d’estate.
La piscina, 12mt. x 6mt., è dotata di trampolino ed è situata giusto di
fronte al casale permettendo agli ospiti di raggiungerlo facilmente in caso
di qualsiasi necessità o per guardare i bambini in piscina. La proprietà
inoltre è immersa nel bosco e circondata da un giardino ventilato dove è
possibile prendere il sole. Il casolare è composto da una casa con 6 posti letto ed una dependance
esterna.
La casa, finemente arredata da mobili antichi, è composta di 3 camere da
letto doppie, un bagno con vasca, ampio salone con camino, zona pranzo,
cucina completamente attrezzata.
A disposizione degli ospiti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, forno a
microonde, barbecue, ping pong, 3 biciclette, riscaldamento, TV satellitare,
telefono,stereo, lettino baby. Casa sull’albero per bambini. Lista con

bietet das Ferienhaus Fiore einen idealen Platz, um ruhige und
angenehme Ferien zu verbringen.
Das Haus ist komfortabel und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, dank
seiner grossen Fenster ist es sehr luftig und hell, während die
Arkade, die fast die Hälfte des gesamten Grundstücks umgibt,
angenehmen Schatten spendet, um dort schöne Momente während
lauer Sommerabenden zu verbringen.
Der Swimmingpool,
12 m x 6 m gross, ist mit einem Trampolin ausgestattet und
befindet sich genau gegenüber des Ferienhauses, was den Gästen
einen leichten Zugang ermöglicht, sobald sie möchten oder um die
Kinder am Swimmingpool zu beaufsichtigen. Der Besitz liegt im
Wald und ist von einem luftigen Garten umgeben, wo man sich
sonnen kann. Das Grundstück besteht aus einem Haus mit 6 Betten
und einem weiteren Nebengebäude.
Das Haus,
geschmackvoll mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet, besteht aus drei
Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, einem Bad mit Badewanne, einem
grossen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einem Esszimmer und einer komplett
ausgestatteten Küche.
Den Gästen stehen zur Verfügung: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,
Fön, Mikrowelle, Grill, Pingpong, 3 Fahrräder, Heizung,
Satelliten-TV, Telefon, Stereoanlage, Babybett. Baumhaus für

la campagne de l’Ombrie, à mi-chemin entre Todi et Amelia, la
maison Casa Fiori est l’endroit idéal pour passer des vacances
calmes et agréables. La maison est confortable et aménagée avec
goût, grâce à ses grandes fenêtres elle est très aérée et
lumineuse, tandis que le porche, qui entoure presque la moitié
de la propriété, assure un coin d’ombre agréable pour passer de
savoureux moments au frais pendant les soirées d’été.
La piscine, 12m x
6m, est équipée d’un plongeoir et se trouve juste en face de la
maison, ce qui permet aux hôtes de s’y rendre rapidement en cas
de nécessité ou de surveiller les enfants dans la pisicine. De
plus, la propriété est au coeur de la forêt et entourée d’un
jardin aéré, où il est possible de prendre le soleil. La maison
de campagne est composée d’une maison avec 6 couchages et une
dépendance à l’extérieur.
La maison,
finement aménagée avec du mobilier ancien, comprend 3 chambres à
coucher doubles, une salle de bain avec baignoire, vaste salon
avec cheminée, coin salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée.
A disposition des hôtes : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle,
Internet sans fil, four à micro-ondes, barbecue, table de ping
pong, 3 vélos, chauffage, TV satellite, téléphone, stéréo, lit

which surrounds half the house, offers shady cool place for
passing pleasant summer evenings.
The swimming pool
(12 x6) with the diving board is situated just in front of the
house, permits use of the house conveniences, very good also to
look at the children in a glance.The house, immerse in natural
woodland and surrounded by a sunny garden, offers to the guests
breezy areas and sunbathe in peace. The property is composed by
a main house ( sleeps: 6) and a dependance ( sleeps: 3).
The MAIN HOUSE, stylishly decorated and completely furnished
with antique forniture, consists of: three double bedrooms,
bathroom with tub, a wide living room with fire place, dining
rom and a fully equipped kitchen.

oven - Fridge - microwave oven - ping-pong - barbecue -
