A disposizione degli ospiti: bel giardino attrezzato recintato, piscina (9 x 5 m - massima profondità 2 m - aperta dal 01/04 al 31/10) e Jacuzzi, area giochi per bambini, zona relax con amache lungo il fiume, barbecue. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Tutti gli appartamenti sono provvisti di TV satellitare ed alcuni di aria condizionata (pagamento sul posto). Lavatrice e ferro da stiro in comune. Su richiesta lettino per bebé e letto supplementare gratuiti. Aiuto domestico disponibile su richiesta € 7,- / l'ora da pagare sul posto.

Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia. Noleggio bici su richiesta. Possibilità di richiedere un appartamento per disabili.

Charming residential complex comprising 2 farmhouses dating back to the 17th century recently restored and turned into 8 charming apartments, all of which providing tastefully furnished interiors. This property is situated in the historical centre of the nice medieval town of Greve in Chianti (all kinds of shops).

 Distances: the main square of Greve in Chianti with bars and excellent restaurants is only a few hundred meters away, Florence 25 km, Siena approx. 35 km.

 At guests' disposal: fenced equipped garden and shared swimming-pool (9 x 4 m - maximum depth 2 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10) and Jacuzzi, playground for children, relax area with hammocks along a river, barbecue. All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV and some of them with air-conditioning (to be paid extra on the spot). Shared washing-machine and iron at guests' disposal. Parking within the grounds. By arrangement baby bed and extra bed available free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement € 7,- / per hour, payable on the spot.

Small pets are allowed. Bicycles for rent. On request it is possible to reserve an apartment suitable for disabled people.

Beau complèxe résidentiel composé de 2 fermes datant du XVII siècle qui ont été récemment restaurées et aménagées en 8 appartements. La structure se trouve dans le centre historique de Greve in Chianti, petite ville médiévale, avec commerces variés.

Distances: Florence 25 km, Siena env. 35 km.

À disposition des hôtes: jardin équipé et clôturé, piscine (9 x 4 m - profondeur maximale 2 m - ouverte du 01/04 au 31/10) et Jacuzzi, aire des jeux pour les enfants, aire relax avec des hammacs près d’une fleuve, barbecue. Parking dans la propriété. Les appartements Pastificio 2 et 3 sont doués d'air-conditionné (réglement sur place). Lave-linge en commun. Sur demande possibilité d'ajouter gratuitement un petit lit pour bébé et/ou un lit supplémentaire. Aide ménagère disponible sur demande € 7 / par heure (à régler sur place).

Seulement les animaux domestiques de petite taille sont admis.
