Ferienanlage Il Cantuccio - Tavarnelle Val di Pesa - Florenz - Italien
Ein antikes Bauernhaus im Herzen des Chiantigebiets mit Panoramablick und in der Nähe von Florenz. Die Ferienanlage verfügt über einen Swimmingpool und 4 Ferienwohnungen.

Auf dem Bauerhof "Il Cantuccio", ein antikes Wohnhaus der Familie Alamanni, komponierte der Poet und Schriftsteller Luigi Alamanni um 1500 seine Werke. Im 19. Jahrhundert wurde der Besitz zuerst an die Herzöge Niccolini di Camugliano weitervererbt, später an die heutigen Besitzern, die Grafen Passerin d'Entreves et Courmayer.
Auf dem Bauernhof wird Wein aus dem Chianti und kaltgepresstes Olivenöl produziert und exportiert. Die Produkte können direkt vor Ort gekauft werden. Auf dem Bauernhof können Sie den Hauch vergangener Zeiten kombiniert mit modernem Komfort geniessen; unsere Ferienwohnungen sind in der Tat im rustikalen toskanischen Stil mit Terrakotta-Fussboden erhalten. Ein Aufenthalt im "Il Cantuccio" bedeutet Natur, Erholung und Ruhe in wunderschönen Ferienwohnungen.

Die zu Verfügung stehenden Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem Bauernhaus auf den Hügeln bei Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (ca. 3 km., wo man Geschäfte jeglicher Art findet), in einer schönen Lage mit Panoramablick, zwischen Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und Eichenhochwald. Florenz liegt ca. 30 km entfernt, Siena ca. 40 km, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano und Volterra sind in weniger als einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Die Ferienanlage verfügt über einen Swimmingpool mit 10 m Durchmesser.

Farm Il Cantuccio - Tavarnelle Val di Pesa - Florence - Italy
An ancient residence in the heart of the Chianti region with beautiful views and a short distance from the city of Florence. The farm includes a swimming pool and 4 apartments.

"Il Cantuccio" farm was the ancient residence of the Alamanni family, and it was here that 16th century writer and poet Luigi Alamanni composed many of his works. During the early 1900s the property was inherited by the Marquis Niccolini di Camugliano, before eventually passing to the current owners, the Counts Passerin d'Entreves et Courmayer.
The farm produces and exports Chianti wine and extra-virgin olive oil, which can be bought directly from the farm. Here you will rediscover a taste for a simpler time while enjoying the modern comforts of today. The apartments adhere to a rustic Tuscan style with floors in terracotta. A stay at "Il Cantuccio" means peace and rest among nature and in splendid apartments.The apartments make up a farmhouse on the hills near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (approx. 3km away, where you can find shops of every kind), with a beautiful panorama of vineyards, olive groves and a forest of high-trunked oak trees.
Florence is around 30km away, Siena 40km, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra are less than an hours journey.
The farm has a swimming pool measuring 10 metres in diameter.

Entrance, one small bedroom with shower and washbasin (without WC), on the first floor living room/dining room with kitchenette (oven), one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub.

Cantuccio 3 - for 2 people: 60 square metres.
Living room/dining room with kitchenette (oven), one double room, one bathroom with shower.

Cantuccio 4 - for 6 people: 150 square metres.

Une ancienne résidence à la vue imprenable, située au coeur de la région du Chianti, non loin de Florence. Ce gîte rural dispose d'une piscine et de 4 appartements.

Ancienne résidence de la famille Alamanni, la Ferme Il Cantuccio a vu naître, au début du XVIème siècle, la plupart des oeuvres du poète et écrivain Luigi Alamanni. Au XXème siècle, les Marquis Niccolini di Camugliano ont hérité de la propriété, qu'ils ont ensuite transmise à leurs descendants jusqu'aux actuels propriétaires, les Comtes Passerin d'Entreves et Courmayer.
La Ferme produit et exporte du vin Chianti et de l'huile d'olive vierge extra. Il est possible d'acheter ces produits directement sur place. En ces lieux, vous redécouvrirez la saveur d'un temps passé dans un confort moderne. En effet, nos appartements ont conservé le style rustique toscan, avec le carrelage en terre cuite qui lui est propre. Un séjour à la Ferme Il Cantuccio est synonyme de nature, calme et repos dans de splendides appartements.
Les appartements que nous proposons se trouvent dans une ferme, située sur les collines aux alentours de Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (à environ 3 km, où vous trouverez tout type de commerce) et offrant une vue panoramique magnifique sur des vignobles, des oliveraies ainsi que sur une forêt de chênes de haute fûtaie. Florence se trouve à environ 30 km ; Sienne à environ 40 km; il est possible de se rendre à Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano ou Volterra en moins d'une heure.
La Ferme dispose d'une piscine de 10 mètres de diamètre.
