Ogni appartamento ha ingresso indipendente, spazio esterno privato, barbecue, e posto auto all'interno del giardino. Distanze : mare a circa 300 mt, Donoratico con tutti i generi di negozi a circa 2 km, a circa 7 km da Castagneto Carducci, nel cuore della Costa degli Etruschi, splendido angolo di Toscana occidentale.
Animali non ammessi. Lettino bébé disponibile. E’ possibile unire gli appartamenti B e C per ottenere un unico appartamento per 8-10 persone. Da richiedere alla prenotazione biancheria (letto , bagno e cucina). LENZUOLA: € 8 a persona. ASCIUGAMANI: € 5 a persona (un telo grande + un telo piccolo). L'appartamento è posto al 1° piano ed è composto da:
Ampio soggiorno con caminetto e zona pranzo per 8 persone , un salotto con divano letto a due posti, Tv sat. una cucina attrezzata con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a gas, una camera con letto singolo, una camera tripla ( matrimoniale + letto singolo) con bagno con doccia , una camera doppia, un bagno con doccia, Disponibile un ulteriore divano letto doppio. L'arredamento di tutto l'appartamento è in pino di Svezia. Riscaldamento singolo. L’appartamento dispone inoltre di una bella terrazza (50 mq) attrezzata con tavolo sedie e sdraie.

L'appartamento, al piano terra, è composto da: soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e zona pranzo ,TV sat. e un mobile con un posto letto , una cucina con lavastoviglie, forno a gas, lavatrice una camera tripla ( matrimoniale + letto singolo) un bagno con doccia. L’appartamento dispone di spazio esterno privato attrezzato. Riscaldamento singolo. E’ possibile unire gli appartamenti B e C per ottenere un unico appartamento per 8-10 persone.

La maison de vacance La Pinetina se trouve à Marina di Castagneto Carducci (Livourne). Elle est immergée dans la pinède et à 300 mètres de la mer. La maison est divisée en 3 appartements, 2 se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée et le 3eme au 1ere étage. Chaque appartement a une entré indépendante, un espace externe privé, barbecue et un parking auto a l’intérieur du jardin. Distances : mer à env. 300 mètres, Donoratico avec tous types de magasins à 2 kms, à env. 7 kms de Castagneto Carducci, au cœur de le Côte Etrusque, splendide angle de la Toscane occidentale. Animaux pas admis. Lit bébé disponible. On peut rassembler les appartements B et C pour obtenir un seul appartement de 8-10 personnes. A demander à la réservation le linge de maison (lits, salle de bain et cuisine).
DRAPS : € 8 à personne.
SERVIETTES : € 5 à personne (une grande serviette + une petite serviette).
LINGE DE CUISINE : € 5 (une nappe + un torchon) pour les appartements B et C et € 10 (une nappe + deux torchons) pour l’appartement A.

L’appartement au 1er étage est composé de : grand séjour avec cheminée et salle à manger pour 8 personnes , un salon avec divan lit 2 places , TV SAT , cuisine équipe avec lave linge , lave vaisselle , four a gaz , une chambre avec lit (1 place) une chambre triple (1 lit matrimoniale + 1 lit 1 place ) avec salle de bain avec douche , une chambre double, une salle de bain avec douche. Disponible un ultérieur divan-lit. L’ameublement de tout l’appartement est en bois de Suède. Chauffage individuel. L’appartement a une belle terrasse (50 m²) équipée avec table, chaises et chaises longues.
 

APPARTEMENT B (50 M²) – 3 + 3 LITS

L’appartement au rez-de-chaussée est composé de : séjour avec divan-lit 2 places et salle à manger, tv SAT, et un meuble avec un lit, une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, four à gaz, lave-linge, une chambre triple (matrimoniale + lit single) une salle de bain avec douche. L’appartement a une espace extérieure privé équipée. Chauffage individuel. C’est possible assembler les appartements B et C pour obtenir un unique appartement pour 8-10 personnes. Die Villa  befindet sich ca. 200 m vom Meer entfernt und ist ein idealer Platz für die Liebhaber von Ruhe und Natur, weit entfernt vom Verkehr und Lärm; man kann Spaziergänge oder Exkursionen in die zahlreichen Dörfer unternehmen die aufgrund von Kunstgeschichte und Tradition in der Umgebung liegen: Bolgheri, die Heimat von Carducci, Castagneto Carducci mit ihrer hundertjährigen Zypressenallee, die in ganz Europa für ihre Schönheit berühmt ist, die archäologischen Ausgrabungen von Baratti, heute Ziel von zahlreichen Exkursionen. 

Die Villa, geteilt in zwei Stockwerke, besteht aus 3 Ferienwohnungen, jede mit eigenem Garten, der mit Außendusche, Tisch mit Stühlen und Autostellplätzen ausgestattet ist. Im Garten der Villa gibt es einen Grill, der allen Ferienwohnungen zur Verfügung steht. 

Ferienwohnung  A (100 m² + Terrasse von 50 m²) - Betten: 6+4
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und besteht aus: Großem Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer, Doppelschlafcouch, Sessel (der als Bett umfunktioniert werden kann), offener Kamin und Schrankbett, Satellitenfernsehen - Küche ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, 2 Bäder mit Dusche - Zimmer mit Einzelbett - Doppelbettzimmer + Einzelbett - Doppelbettzimmer - Terrasse
 

Ferienwohnung  B ( 50 m²) - Betten: 3+3
Die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss besteht aus: Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch und Esszimmer, Satellitenfernesehen - Schrankbett - Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine - Doppelbettzimmer + Einzelbett - Bad mit Dusche.

La Pinetina Vacation House, surrounded by pine trees, is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (Livorno), and about 300 meters from the sea. The house is divided into 3 apartments, 2 located on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Every apartment has an individual entrance, outdoor space with a shower, a barbecue, and a parking space inside the garden. Distances: to the sea it is about 300 meters, to the town of Donoratico, which has all the general stores, it is about 2 km, and to Castagneto Carducci it is about 7 km. The vacation house is in the heart of the Etruscan Coast in the splendid western corner of Tuscany. Animals are not allowed. A baby bed is available for guests if needed. It is possible to unite apartments B and C to obtain 1 larger apartment for 8 to 10 people. Laundry is done by request and reservation (bed, bath, and kitchen). BEDDING/SHEETS: 8 Euro per person. TOWELS: 5 Euro per person (1 big towel + 1 small towel). KITCHEN LAUNDRY: 5 Euro (1 tablecloth + 1 kitchen towel) for apartments B and C and 10 Euro (1 tablecloth + 2 kitchen towels) for apartment A.

APARTMENT A IS 100 SQUARE METERS WITH A TERRACE OF 50 SQ. METERS, AND IT SLEEPS 6+ 4 PEOPLE.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and it consists of: a spacious living room with fireplace, a lunch nook for 8 people, a front room with a second sitting area that has a sofa bed for 2, a TV satellite, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and gas oven, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom that sleeps 3 (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with a bathroom and shower, another bedroom with a double bed, and another bathroom with shower. Another sofa bed for two is available if needed. All of the furniture in the apartment is made in Swedish pinewood. There is independent heating. In addition, the apartment opens out to a beautiful terrace (50 sq.meters) furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.



APARTMENT B IS 50 SQ. METERS AND SLEEPS 3+3 PEOPLE.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and it consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a breakfast nook, TV satellite, one mobile bed, a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas oven, and washing machine, 1 bedroom with a double bed and single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment opens out to private outdoor space that is furnished. There is individual heating. It is possible to unite apartments B and C to obtain 1 larger apartment for 8 to 10 people.
