Miravalle , immersa in quattro ettari di vigna si affaccia con un dolce panorama sulla Valle del fiume Ambra, ed offre all'ospite la possibilità di vivere in un ambiente rurale autentico, di grande tranquillità.
Miravalle si trova in località Pietraviva, al confine tra la provincia di Arezzo e la provincia di Siena (Comune di Bucine). La posizione è ideale per raggiungere facilmente i più noti luoghi d'arte della Toscana (Siena a 35 Km., Arezzo a 30 Km., Firenze a 60 Km., e poi Pienza, S. Gimignano, Cortona, ecc.). Altre vicine località del Chianti, di grande suggestione storica e paesaggistica, sono mete di facili escursioni nella più tipica realtà toscana. Inoltre, a poco più di 1 ora di macchina si raggiunge la costa della Maremma. Miravalle dista circa 500 mt. dal piccolo centro abitato di Pietraviva (negozi di prima necessità), circa 3 km. dal paese di Ambra (negozi di ogni genere) e circa 8 km. da Bucine (negozi e servizi di ogni genere, supermercato, stazione ferroviaria della linea Firenze-Roma).

Come raggiungere la casa
Venendo da Nord (Bologna-Firenze): autostrada A1, uscita
casello VALDARNO. Proseguire in direzione Montevarchi e
quindi Levane. Qui girare a destra in direzione Siena.
Si passa Bucine, Ambra e infine Pietraviva. Si lascia la
strada principale girando a destra per Agriturismo
Incrociata.
Venendo da Sud (Roma): autostrada A1, uscita casello
VALDICHIANA. Proseguire in direzione Siena e imboccare
il Raccordo Siena-Bettolle a 4 corsie. Uscire a COLONNA
DEL GRILLO e, proseguendo in direzione Bucine, dopo
circa 8 km., a sinistra, si lascia la strada principale
seguendo l’indicazione per Miravalle. Per

The Holiday House has a private swimming pool and gives all the guest the chance of living in true, rural environment, far from the bustle of
cities.
The Miravalle
estate lies deep in three hectares of vineyards. It is 50 metres
away from the Incrociata Farmhouse, and looks over the soft scenery
of the valley of the Ambra river. It affords guests the opportunity
to live in an authentic rural environment, of great tranquillity.
Outside: 950 sqm of lawn surround the house with a roofed veranda,
wood burning oven, barbecue, swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) open from
May to September. On the ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher and
electric oven), dining room, living room with a fireplace, room with
two beds, bathroom. The first floor has a double bed room,equipped
with safe, a room with two beds, a bathroom. 6 beds altogether. From
the ground floor, through an inside staircase, you can reach another
living room in the basement, which can host two more beds. 8 beds

How to get to the holiday house Coming from the North (Bologna-Florence):from the A1 Motorway,
exit at VALDARNO .Follow the route towards Motevarchi and then on to
Levane. At Levane turn right in the direction of Siena. You will pass
the towns of Bucine , Ambra and Pietraviva. Continue on the main road
past Pietraviva for approx. 100mt and you will see a sign for
“Agriturismo Incrociata” on the right.
Coming from the South( Roma) : from the A1 Motorway ,exit at VALDICHIANA.
Follow the route to Siena joining the free motorway Siena-Bettolle (
superstrada) .Exit at COLONNA DEL GRILLO and follow the route to BUCINE.
After appox. 8 km you will see on the right , a sign for “Agriturismo
Incrociata”. Leave the state road; after about 100 metres, you will see
a small building. Going on to the left, and then up and you will see a
sign for “Miravalle”.In case of an emergency

- Bucine (Arezzo - Italien) zu vermieten Das Ferienhaus verfügt über privaten Swimming Pool und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit in eine ländliche und ruhige Atmosphäre zu
erleben.
Miravalle - (m2 100):
unabhängige Struktur, umgeben von einem 3 ha großen Weingarten, blickt auf
die sagenhafte Landschaft des Tals des Flusses Ambra und bietet den Gast die
Möglichkeit, in einer echten ländlichen Umgebung, in großer Ruhe zu leben.
Außen: eine 950 m2 große Wiese umgibt das Haus, welches über eine überdachte
Veranda, einen Holzofen, ein Barbecue, ein Pool (10x5 m), welches vom Mai
bis September offen ist, verfügt.
Im Erdgeschoss: Küche (Geschirrspüler mit Elektroherd), Esszimmer,
Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Zweibettzimmer, Bad. In ersten Stock befinden sich ein
Ehezimmer mit Safe, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Bad. Insgesamt sind 6
Bettplätze verfügbar. Die Struktur hat auch eine Innengarage.
Außen umgibt eine 1000 m2 große Wiese das abgelegene Haus, welches über ein
großes und gut ausgestattetes Pool (15x7 m, vom Mai bis September offen),
über die Schaukeln und den Spielplatz für die Kinder, Tischtennis,
Tischfußball, Bänken und Tische unten jahrhundertealten Eichen verfügt. Das
Barbecue, ein Waschraum und ein überdachter Parkplatz stehen den Gästen zur
Verfügung.

Von Nord (Bologna-Florenz): Autobahn A1, Ausfahrt bei der Mautstelle
VALDARNO. Fahren Sie nach Montevarchi und nach Levane. Hier biegen Sie nach
rechts in Richtung Siena ab. Fahren Sie Bucine, Ambra und Pietraviva vorbei.
Verlassen Sie die Hauptstrasse und biegen Sie nach rechts in Richtung
Agritourismus Incrociata ab.
Von Sud (Rom): Autobahn A1, Ausfahrt VALDICHIANA. Fahren Sie nach Siena und
biegen Sie in den 4-spürigen Knotenpunkt Siena-Bettolle ein. Nehmen Sie die
Ausfahrt COLONNA DEL GRILLO und fahren Sie nach Bucine; nach ca. 8 km biegen
Sie nach links ab, verlassen Sie die Hauptstrasse und folgen Sie den
Wegweisern nach Agritourismus Incrociata.

Cette maison de vacances dispose d'une piscine privée et vous offre la possibilité de vivre dans la nature et dans une grande tranquillité.
Miravalle, plongée dans quatre hectares de vignobles, montre à ses hotes un doux panorama sur la vallée du fleuve Ambra et leur offre la possibilité de vivre dans des lieux ruraux authentiques, dans la tranquillité la plus totale.
Miravalle se trouve dans la localité de Pietraviva, à la frontière entre la province d' Arezzo et celle de Siènne
(Municipalité de Bucine). Sa position est idéale pour atteindre facilement les lieux artistiques les plus célèbres de la Toscane
(Siènne 35 km, Arezzo 30 km, Florence 60 km, et puis Pienza, S.Gimignano, Cortona, ...). D'autres localités du Chianti, de grande suggestion historique et paysagère, représentent de faciles promenades dans la réalité la plus typique de la Toscane. La côte de la Maremme peut être atteinte en une heure environ en voiture. Miravalle se trouve à peu près à 500 mètres du petit pays de Pietraviva (magasins de première nécessité), à 3 km du pays de Ambra (magasins de tous genres) et à 8 km de Bucine (magasins et services de tous genres, supermarché, gare " parcours Florence - Rome")

Comment atteindre la maison
En arrivant de Milano/Bologna et Rome: Sortir de l ‘ Autostrada A1 au peage
VALDARNO et aller à croitè pour MONTEVARCHI. Arrivè a MONTEVARCHI, continuer
pour LEVANE sur la route S.S 69, après continuer pour BUCINE et apres pour
AMBRA. Passer AMBRA en direction de SIENA et au km 15,1 (immèdiatment après
la localitè PIETRAVIVA que reste a votre droite) touner à droite au panneau
pour “AGRITURISMO INCROCIATA” e suivir les indications pour "Miravalle"
Après 150 mt vous etes arrivè à la maison .
