Cinquecento, che un restauro lungo e attento, effettuato nel periodo
2002-2004, ha trasformato in elegante struttura turistica con quattordici
appartamenti.La sua posizione è incantevole; il Palazzo si affaccia da un lato sulla
Piazza del borgo medievale di Rivalto e dall' altro sul parco privato.Nel parco, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, si trova una moderna piscina
circondata da un solarium con splendida vista su tutta la Valdera. Nel parco
sono ubicate piazzole, una ampia zona con barbecue e tavoli all' aperto,
giochi per bambini, un bosco privato ben curato, piante d' alto fusto e
sentieri per le camminate nella natura incontaminata.
Un parcheggio privato immerso nel verde completa la struttura ricettiva.
GLI APPARTAMENTI
I quattordici appartamenti sono stati ottenuti da una attenta opera di
restauro, che ha valorizzato i pregi storici dell' antica architettura
toscana ed ha introdotto nuovi particolari per il miglioramento delle
funzionalità moderne. In questo modo oggi ogni appartamento ha una sua
originalità.
MONOLOCALI
I monolocali sono studiati per ospitare al massimo 3 persone; le loro misure
variano da 30 a 36 mq e dispongono di un unico vano con soppalco.
Sono composti da: soggiorno cucina, con divano
letto o poltronaletto, camera con letto
principale in soppalco. In tutti gli appartamenti, il bagno è
con doccia. Questa tipologia è al secondo piano oppure al piano terra. BILOCALI
I bilocali possono accogliere fino ad un massimo di 4 persone; le loro
misure variano da 46 a 80 mq. I prezzi variano in alcuni casi in base alla
superficie. Sono costituiti da due vani, un soggiorno con cucina con divano
letto, ed una camera matrimoniale con letto principale, un bagno con doccia
oppure due bagni. La distribuzione interna dei vani varia da appartamento a
appartamento. Alcuni si trovano su un unico livello, altri hanno un

Les studios sont conçus pour recevoir 3 personnes au maximum; leurs

ou fauteuil lit, chambre avec lit principal à la mezzanine. Dans tous les
appartements, la salle de bain a une douche. Ce type d'appartements se
trouve au rez-de-chaussée ou au deuxième étage. DEUX PIECES
Les deux pièces peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes; leurs dimensions

Das Gebäude des Dorfes ist ein
antikes Haus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, das lange und sorgfältig während des
Zeitraums 2002-04 restauriert wurde, und das in eine elegante Struktur für
Touristen mit 14 Ferienwohnungen verwandelt wurde. Seine Position ist
wunderbar; das Gebäude geht auf einer Seite auf den mittelalterlichen
Dorfplatz hinaus, zur anderen Seite auf den Privatpark.In dem Park, der ausschließlich für die Gäste reserviert ist, gibt es
einen modernen Swimmingpool, der mit Platz zum Sonnen mit einem wunderbaren
Ausblick auf Valderra umgeben ist. In dem Park sind Raststellen positioniert,
ein großer Bereich mit Grill und Tischen im Freien, Spielsachen für Kinder,
ein privater sorgfältig gepflegter Wald, hochstämmige Pflanzen und Wege für
Spaziergänge in der unversehrten Natur.
Ein Privatparkplatz im Grünen ergänzt die Struktur.
DIE FERIENWOHNUNGEN
Die 14 Ferienwohnungen wurden einer sorgfältigen Restauration unterzogen,
welche die historischen Vorzüge der antiken toskanischen Architektur
hervorgehoben und neue Besonderheiten eingeführt hat, um die moderne
Funktionalität zu verbessern. Auf diese Art besitzt jede Ferienwohnung seine
Originalität.

Die Einzimmerwohnungen sind für maximal 3 Personen konzipiert; Die Maße
gehen von 30 bis 36 m² und stellen ein einziges Zimmer mit Mansarde zur
Verfügung. Sie bestehen aus: Wohnzimmer/Küche mit Schlafcouch oder
Schlafsessel, Hauptbett in der Mansarde. In allen Ferienwohnungen befindet
sich ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Ferienwohnungen dieser Kategorie liegen
entweder im 2. Stock oder im Erdgeschoss. ZWEIZIMMERWOHNUNGEN
Die Zweizimmerwohnungen können bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen; die Maße gehen

16th Century home located in the square of the medieval village of Rivalto,

location atop a hill some 350 metres above sea level, the atmosphere in
Rivalto is quite pleasant. The view overlooks the countryside of Valdera,
with its soft green, yellow and dark brown hills, rows of vinyards, olives,
wheat and carefully cultivated orchards.
The Palazzo del Borgo is an ancient and distinguished house from the 1500s,
which following a long and careful restoration process carried out from 2002
until 2004, has been transformed into an elegant tourist complex of 14
apartments. Its location is enchanting; one side of the building faces onto
the square of the old town, and the other looks over the private park.In the park, which guests have exclusive use of, there is a modern
