L'edificio principale, una casa colonica del XVII secolo posta in posizione panoramica con splendida vista sulle colline circostanti, è suddiviso in quattro appartamenti in affitto per agriturismo arredati in tipico stile toscano, ognuno con il proprio spazio esterno privato ed il barbecue; un ulteriore appartamento è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione del fienile. Nel giardino della casa, tra olivi e piante da frutto è disponibile per gli ospiti la piscina, aperta da maggio a ottobre.  La felice collocazione della Casa Vacanze Podere Casanova permette di raggiungere facilmente Firenze e le altre principali città d'arte della Toscana (San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca e Pisa) nonché tutti i principali itinerari turistici nel Chianti.

Ferienwohnanlage Casanova - Montespertoli - Florenz
Ein Ferienhaus mitten im Chiantigebiet mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf die toskanische Hügellandschaft. Die Ferienwohnanlage verfügt über einen Swimmingpool und 5 Ferienwohnungen.

Nur wenige Kilometer von Montespertoli und Florenz entfernt, bietet die Ferienwohnanlage Podere Casanova einen angenehmen und entspannenden Aufenthalt in der Toskana. Das Haupthaus, ein Bauernhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Hügel, ist in vier Ferienwohnungen unterteilt. Diese sind im typischen toskanischen Stil eingerichtet, jede mit einem eigenen Privatplatz im Freien mit Grill; die letzte Ferienwohnung entstand aus dem Umbau des Heuschobers. Im Garten des Hauses, zwischen Olivenbäumen und Fruchtpflanzen, gibt es einen Swimmingpool, der von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet ist und von den Gästen genutzt werden kann. A quelques kilomètres de Montespertoli et de Florence, la maison de vacances Casanova offre un séjour plaisant et relaxant dans la campagne Toscane. Le bâtiment principal, une maison coloniale du XVIIème siècle dans une position panoramique avec une vue splendide sur les collines environnantes, est divisé en quatre appartements en location meublés dans le style toscan, avec chacun un espace extérieur privé et un barbecue; un autre appartement a été obtenu à partir de la rénovation de la grange. Dans le jardin de la maison, entre les oliviers et les arbres fruitiers, se trouve la piscine à disposition des locataires ouverte de Mai à Octobre. L'emplacement de la ferme Casanova permet de rejoindre facilement Florence et les autres principales villes d'art Toscanes (San Gimignano, Sienne, Volterra, Lucques et Pise) ainsi que tous les principaux itinéraires touristiques du Chianti.

Just a few kilometres from Montepertoli and Firenze, the agritourism Podere Casanova offers a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside. The main building is a 17th century farmhouse in a beautiful position with lovely views of the surrounding hills. This is divided into four apartments which are available to rent, each decorated and furnished in typical Tuscan style. Each has its own private outdoor space and barbecue, and a fifth apartment has been created from the restoration and conversion of the barn. In the garden, among the olives and other fruits, guests also have use of a swimming pool, which is open from May to October. The excellent position of Podere Casanova means Florence and other important and historic Tuscan towns (San Gimignano. Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa) can be easily reached, along with other places of interest in the Chianti region.
