Il Podere Scopaione è situato nella campagna della Maremma, la sua posizione è ottimale per raggiungere in breve tempo parchi naturali, località balneari, siti archeologici e città d'arte toscane.
Il vecchio casale in pietra deve il suo nome all'antica presenza di piante da "scopo" caratteristiche della macchia
maremmana, è presente un ampio giardino circondato da vigneti e
oliveti.
Dal podere sono stati ricavati 7 appartamenti arredati con mobili
dell'arte povera e dove prevale l'uso del cotto e del legno di castagno.
Gli appartamenti, 5 al piano terra e 2 al piano primo, hanno tutti ingresso indipendente. I dettagli e gli arredi sono curati nei minimi particolari per rendere la vacanza davvero rilassante e indimenticabile.
Gli appartamenti sono forniti di frigo-congelatore, cucina con forno, Tv satellitare e riscaldamento indipendente.
Inoltre sono a disposizione degli ospitii: piscina con lettini e sdraio da giardino, ombrelloni, barbecue, forno a legna, lavanderia con 2 lavatrici, mountain bike, parcheggio.
Sono inoltre disponibili giochi per i bambini.

Vieille ferme avec piscine dans la Maremme de la Toscane, près des plages du Mont Argentario et des localités balnéaires de Punta Ala, de Follonica, de Castiglione della Pescaia.
La ferme Scopaione se situe dans la campagne de la Maremme et sa position est optimale pour atteindre en peu de temps les parcs naturels, les localités balnéaires, les sites archéologiques et les villes d'art de la Toscane.
Cette vieille ferme en pierre doit son nom à la présence, dans le temps, de nombreuses plantes da " scopo
", typiques de la garrigue de la Maremme: le jardin de la ferme est entouré
d'oliviers et de vignobles.
A partir du vieil édifice ont été obtenus 7 appartements, meublés de façon rustique, où prédominent la terre cuite et le bois de châtaignier.
Les appartements, 5 au rez-de-chaussée et 2 au premier étage, ont tous une entrée indépendante. Les détails et le décor sont étudiés dans les moindres aspects, pour que vos vacances soient vraiment reposantes et inoubliables.
Les appartements sont pourvus de: frigidaire et congélateur, cuisine avec four, télé avec satellite et chauffage indépendant. Les hôtes peuvent profiter aussi de:

Altes Landhaus mit Swimming Pool in der Maremma, in der Nähe der Strände des Argentario Gebietes und den Badeorten Punta Ala, Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia.
Das Landgut Scopaione liegt auf dem Land in der Maremma, in einer idealen Position, um in kurzer Zeit Naturparks, Badestrände, Archäologische Ausgrabungen und die toskanischen Kunststädte zu erreichen.
Das alte Landhaus aus Stein verdankt seinen Namen einer Pflanze "scopo", die typisch für die "macchia", den Buschwald des Mittelmeerraumes, ist. Es gibt einen großen Garten, der von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen umgeben
ist.
Aus dem Landgut sind 7 Apartments gewonnen worden, alle mit einfachen aber gleichzeitig stillvollen Möbeln eingerichtet. Es dominieren Materialien wie Terrakotta und Kastanienholz.
Die Apartments, 5 im Erdgeschoss und 2 im ersten Stock, haben alle einen eigenen Eingang. Einrichtung und Zubehör sind bis ins Detail durchdacht, um Ihren Urlaub wirklich entspannend und unvergesslich zu gestalten.
Die Apartments sind mit Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach, Küche mit Ofen, Satelliten Fernsehen und unabhängiger Heizung ausgestattet. Den Gästen stehen außerdem zur Verfügung: Swimming Pool mit Sonnenstühlen/liegen,
Sonnenschirme, Grillplatz, Holzofen, Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen, Mountain Bike, Parkplatz. Spielzeug für Kinder steht auch zur Verfügung.
Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.

An ancient farm with swimming pool , it is located in the Maremma country side close to the costal resort of the Argentario Mountain and the costal resorts of : Punta Ala - Follonica - Castiglione della Pescaia.
The farm "Scopaione" is situated in the Maremma country side, an ideal place to reach in a short time peaceful parks, seaside resorts, archaeological site and great Tuscany cities.
The farm was built out of stone, it owes its name to typical ancient plants of the Mediterranean landscape, they are called "scope".
The farm house is surrounded by olive and vineyard.
Seven apartments have been created from the farm, the furnishings has been renovated keeping to its ancient style ( "poor art") they are chestnut wood paneled or cotto ( typical terracotta floor).
The farm is composed from seven apartments all with an independent entrance.
An ideal place for who wishes to taste the peace and to relax.
The apartment are well supplied with every comfort : refrigerator - freezer - oven - satellite TV- independent heating.
The farm also offers to the guests a swimming pool with sun beds and deck chairs for garden, beach-umbrella,
barbecue, an oven which works with wood, a laundry with two washing machines, mountain bike, area parking and a playground for children.
