La propriété se trouve en position très tranquille et jouit d’une vue spectaculaire qui donne sur l’Argentario jusq’à Talamone. Grâce à une très soignée restauration pour maintenir inaltérée la structure originaire, la tour a été transformé dans une belle maison indépendante meublée avec beaucoup de gôut et avec quelques meubles anciens.
