Vicino alle Alpi Apuane e al Parco naturale di Migliarino, è un ottimo punto di partenza per gite in zona e nelle città d'arte vicine. Un'estesa spiaggia sabbiosa si trova a  circa 1,5 Km di distanza. Città natale di Giacomo Puccini, ogni estate si tiene il Festival dell'Opera vicino alla villa del musicista.

La petite villa se trouve à Torre del Lago Puccini, localité située entre le lac de Massaciucoli et la mer tyrrhénienne. Près des alpes Apuanes et du parc naturel de Migliarino, c'est un excellent point de départ pour les promenades dans le coin et dans les villes d'art voisines. Une grande plage de sable se trouve à env. 1,5 km de distance. C'est la ville natale de Giacomo Puccini et chaque été se déroule le Festival dell'Opera près de la villa du musicien.

Torre del lago Puccini, where the small villa is located, is a nice seaside resort placed between the Massaciuccoli lake and the famous beaches of Versilia. The property, near to the wildlife sanctuary of Migliarino,is an ideal place to visit the numerous town rich in history, art and culture which are not far from the house and for excursions. Torre del Lago is the birthplace of the composer Giacomo Puccini, an opera festival is held there every summer near Puccini's Villa.

2 triple bed rooms ( each room has a double bed + a single bed) a bathroom with tub

a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower


WEEKLY PRICE
Prices of the house depend on the season, availability, and the number of people. The prices include consumptions (electricity, water and gas) final cleaning, linen and towels. Extra cost: heating. 

MINIMUM STAY
1 Week ( from Saturday to Saturday)


DEPOSIT (advance payment)
30% of the total amount, by transfer bank or postal order by 2 days from your request to confirm the apartment

BALANCE 
at the moment of the handing over of the keys, in cash

TERMINATION OF BOOKING / RESERVATION
The cancellation of the reservation will have to be communicated by e-mail / fax at least 30 days before the date of arrival, otherwise you will lose the advance payment. The advance will be given back by money transfer ( bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commissions.

DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
250€, on your arrival it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment)

Arrival : from 3 pm to 6 pm
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment before 10.00 am ( on the day of their departure).

RESERVATION

WOCHENPREISE:
Die Preise hängen vom Zeitraum und Anzahl der Personen ab
Die Preise beinhalten Strom-, Wasser- und Gasverbrauch, Endreinigung und Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Die Heizkosten sind nicht mit eingeschlossen.

MINDESTAUFENTHALT: 
1 Woche von Samstag auf Samstag

VERSCHIEDENES:
ANZAHLUNG: 30% des Gesamtpreises bei Reservierung
RESTBETRAG: bei Schlüsselübergabe
KAUTION: € 250,00. Die Kaution wird bei Abreise nach einer Kontrolle der Villa zurückerstattet. 
STONIERUNG: Die Stornierung der Reservierung muss schriftlich per E-Mail mindestens 30 Tagen vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt werden. Andernfalls kann die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet werden.
Die Anzahlung wird durch Banküberweisung zurückerstattet. Eventuell anfallende Ausgaben und Bankgebühren werden abgezogen. 

ANREISE: 15.00 - 18.00 Uhr
ABREISE: bis spät. 10.00 Uhr
