Il Residence si trova a 35 Km a sud di Livorno, nella Riviera degli Etruschi, circondato dalla campagna toscana e a solo 1 Km dal mare.
È un ottimo punto di partenza per gite ed escursioni. Si possono raggiungere facilmente importanti città d'arte come Firenze (120 Km), Siena (90 Km), Volterra (44 Km), Pisa (65 Km) e poi Roma (260 Km).
Dal vicino porto di Piombino si può raggiungere con un'ora di traghetto la splendida Isola d'Elba.
Attraversando la campagna (5 min. di bicicletta), si arriva a una bellissima pineta, attraversata la quale si trovano la spiaggia e il mare. Si può usufruire della spiaggia libera o dei lettini e ombrelloni messi a disposizione dai Punti Blu comunali. Le vicine Spiagge Bianche (una distesa di sabbia bianca finissima per oltre 4 Km) vi daranno l'idea di trovarvi ai Tropici. Qui si possono praticare sport acquatici come il Wind-Surf, l'Acqua-Scooter ecc.
A Vada c'è la possibilità di fare equitazione. Nelle vicinanze si trovano dei campi da tennis.
Rosignano è un porto turistico da oltre 600 posti barca e ha avuto la Bandiera Blu per la qualità delle sue acque.

I soggiorni sono previsti da Sabato a Sabato o da Domenica a Domenica.

La Résidence se trouve à 35 km au sud de Livourne, dans la rivière des étrusques, entourée par la campagne toscane et à seulement 1 km de la mer. C'est un excellent point de départ pour des randonnées ou des excursions. On peut facilement rejoindre les villes d'art importantes comme Florence (120 km), Sienne (90 km), Volterra (44 km), Pise (65 km) et puis Rome (260 km).
Depuis le port de Piombino tout proche, il est possible de rejoindre la magnifique Ile d'Elbe en une heure de bateau.
En traversant la campagne (5 min de vélo), on arrive dans une magnifique pinède et, une fois qu'on l'a traversée, se trouvent la plage et la mer. On peut profiter de la plage libre ou des transats et des parasols mis à disposition par les Points Bleus de la municipalité. Les Plages Blanches (une étendue de sable blanc très fin) toutes proches vous donneront l'illusion d'être sous les tropiques. Ici, on peut pratiquer des sports aquatiques comme la planche à voile, l'Aqua-Scooter etc., ...
A Vada, il est possible de faire de l'équitation. Dans le voisinage se trouvent des terrains de tennis. Rosignano est un port touristique avec plus de 600 emplacements et il a eu le Pavillon Bleu pour la qualité de son eau.

Les appartements confortables, meublés et équipés avec soin ont un coin cuisine, un frigo, une salle de bain avec douche, TV et climatisation. La Résidence dispose d'un grand parking intérieur. Le Restaurant, dans lequel on respire encore l'air d'antan, propose de la nourriture bonne et authentique, préparée avec le soin et l'attention d'autrefois. Il est possible de dîner à l'intérieur ou sous la loggia.
Les animaux de compagnie de petite taille sont acceptés.
Les séjours se font du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche.

Départ : avant 10h00.
Le linge est inclus dans le prix du séjour, remplacement supplémentaire : 8,00 euros.

Die
Ferienwohnanlage liegt 35 km von Livorno entfernt, an der Etruskerküste,
inmitten der toskanischen Landschaft und nur 1 km vom Meer entfernt. Sie ist
ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Exkursionen.
Man kann leicht die wichtigen kunsthistorischen Städte erreichen wie Florenz
(120 km), Siena (90 km), Volterra (44 km), Pisa (65 Km) und schließlich Rom
(260 km).
Vom nahgelegenen Hafen aus kann man innerhalb einer Stunde mit der Fähre auf
die wunderschöne Insel Elba gelangen. Innerhalb 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad
erreicht man einen herrlichen Pinienwald, durch den man an den Strand und
ans Meer kommt. Man kann den freien Strand genießen oder sich Liegestühle
und Sonnenschirme ausleihen, die von der Gemeinde (Punti Blu) zur Verfügung
gestellt werden. Die Weißen Strände (feinster weißer über 4 km langer
Sandstrand) vermitteln einem das Gefühl, sich in den Tropen zu befinden.
Hier kann man Wassersportarten ausüben wie Windsurfen, Wassermotorrad etc.
In Vada gibt es die Möglichkeit Reitsport zu betreiben. In der Nähe befinden
sich Tennisplätze. Rosignano ist ein Touristenhafen mit über 600
Bootsstellplätzen und hat das blaue Abzeichen (Bandiera Blu) für seine
Wasserqualität erhalten.

Das Restaurant, wo man noch die Atmosphäre vergangener Zeiten spürt, bietet
gutes Essen, mit Sorgfalt und wie einst zubereitet. Man kann im Innern des
Restaurants oder unter der Loggia speisen.
Kleine Haustiere werden akzeptiert.
Der Aufenthalt ist von Samstag auf Samstag oder Sonntag auf Sonntag
vorgesehen.

the sea and from the famous white beaches of Vada

The apartment complex is found 35km south of Livorno, on the Riviera of the
Etruscans, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside and only 1km from the sea.
It is an excellent departure point for trips and excursions. You can easily
reach important cities of art such as Florence (120km), Siena (90km),
Volterra (44km), Pisa (65km) and also Rome (260km).
From the nearby port of Piombino after an hour on the ferry you can reach
the wonderful island of Elba.
Crossing the countryside (5 minutes by bicycle), you arrive at a beautiful
pine grove through which you find the beach and the sea. You can enjoy the
benefits of the free beach or the sunbeds and sun umbrellas which are
available for the use of the "Punti Blu"
or "Blue Points" of the area. The nearby White Beaches (a stretch of over 4km of very fine, white sand) will
make you think that you are in the tropics. Here you can do watersports like
windsurfing, jet-ski etc.
In Vada it is possible to go horse-riding. In the neighbourhood you can find
tennis courts. Rosignano is a tourist spot and port which has over 600
moorings for boats and has had the "Bandiera Blu" or
"Blue Flag" for the
quality of its seawater.

The apartments, comfortable and well-furnished, provide a corner cooking
area, refridgerator, bathroom with shower, TV and air-conditioning. The
apartment complex has a large parking area within it. The Restaurant, where
you can breathe again the air of former times, offers good hearty food,
prepared with the care and attention of the past. It is possible to dine
inside or outide, under the loggia.
We accept small pets.
The periods of stay are from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

Departure: by 10.00am
The linen is included in the price of the stay - a change of linen has a
supplementary charge of 8.00 Euro.
