Esternamente la casa conserva la originaria struttura in pietra risalente alla fine del 1700; è suddivisa in 4 appartamenti, per complessivi 400 mq. circa, ciascuno dei quali ha forme e dimensioni differenti e possono ospitare da 4 a 7 persone. Gli appartamenti sono completamente indipendenti (con un proprio ingresso e riscaldamento indipendente), hanno pareti in pietra, soffitti a travi di legno, pavimenti in legno e cotto. Gli interni sono eleganti e raffinati, hanno pareti dipinte con calde tonalità pastello, quadri, stampe e mobili di antiquariato. Villa Cafaggiolo is an old farmhouse sits atop a hill, amid olive groves and vineyards, in a panoramic position. It is a large free-standing country estate, constructed in the late 1700s and fully restored in 2002. It is situated in a picturesque location amid the Chianti hills, only 7,5 miles east of Florence and just over a mile from Pontassieve. The house is a stone-built country dwelling (400 square metres totally), divided into 4 separate complete independent apartments, each having its own private entrance and separate garden. In the garden there is a 6x11 metres pool with a spacious deck, surrounded by many flower beds. The owners live in a separate property in the grounds of Villa Cafaggiolo; they are great horse lovers and they have private stable.

The location is ideal for those wishing to visit Florence (12km) and all its glories, while at the same time experiencing the quiet and tranquillity of a rural setting, away from the noise and bustle of the city. Villa Cafaggiolo is immersed in absolute silence with a private road leading to the house; no traffic will disturb your vacation. The bedroom has a mezzanine (built with iron frame and wood floor), stone walls and 2 skylights; it is divided into two levels with twin beds downstairs and double bed on the upstairs gallery. The presence of antique-trade furniture, gives elegance and refinements to the interiors. On the ground floor there are, a living room with an old working fireplace. An archway leads through into a big dining room which also has a door out onto the terrace. Open fitted kitchen which has fridge/freezer, 4 gas rings and electric oven. Villa Cafaggiolo est une grande ferme, située dans une position panoramique sur la campagne environnant, a 200 metres de altitude. A l'exterieur elle a gardée la structure originaire, complètement fabriqué avec pierres. La maison est partagée en 4 appartements, pour complessives 400 metre carré ; ils peuvent hoter de 4 au 7 personnes chacun. Les appartements sont completement indépéndentes parmi eux (avec son propre entrée et chauffage independent) et ils ont mur en pierre, plafonds et plancher en bois. Les propriétaires de la maison ont personnellement restructuré et meublé les appartements par le tipique style toscano. Les interieur sont raffinés, ils ont le mur peint avec tonalité pastel, ils ont peintures et elegants mobilier. Chaque appartement a son jardin privé ou terrasse avec chaises, table et parasol, parfait pour en apéritif à le coucher de soleil. A l'interieur de la proprieté est possible de garer la voiture. Au milieu du grand jardin en face a la Villa, il y a une piscine de dimension 6x11 mètres, avec un ample solarium en bois, utilisée seulement par les hotes et les propriétaires de Villa Cafaggiolo ; ils vivent dans la meme ferme, mais dans un Villa indépendant avec son propre jardin et entrée; ils sont des grand amis des animaux, surtout des chevaux et ils ont leur manège privé.

Villa Cafaggiolo est une ancien ferme fabriquée à la fin du 1700 et completement restructurée en 2002. Elle est située au milieu de la campagne Toscana, seulement à 12 km. de Florence (15 min. de voiture), environnée par les collines du Chianti, cultivés avec oliviers et vignes. In 200m Hoehe liegt Villa Cafaggiolo mit einem Blick auf die Landschaft. Aeusserlich hat das Haus seine originelle Konstruktur behalten. Es ist aufgeteilt in 4 Appartements, auf 400 qm circa. Jedes kann 4 -7 Personen beherbergen weil von verschiedener Groesse. Die Appartements sind voellig selbststaendig, (alle mit separatem Eingang und Heizung) haben Waende aus antikem Steinbau, Deckenbalken aus Holz, Fussbden aus Holz oder Backstein. Die Hausbesitzer zusammen mit ihrem Sohn (Architekt) haben persoenlich fuer den Erhalt und die Einrichtung des Anwesens im toskanischen Stil gesorgt. Die Einrichtungen sind in einem eleganten Ton gehalten. Waende in warmen Pastelltoenen, Bilder und Moebel haben antiken Wert. Jedes Appartement hat einen eigenen Garten ( oder Terrasse ) mit Stuehlen, Tischen und Sonnenschirmen, perfekt fuer einen Apperitif im Sonnenuntergang.
