Casa dotata di tutti i conforts.
La Casa è situata nel cuore del Chianti, vicino al paese di San Polo in
Chianti e dalla sua magnifica terrazza è possibile ammirare un panorama stupendo specialmente al tramonto.
La Casa è composta da :
- un soggiorno con ampio divano e TV
- cucina in muratura
- una grande sala da pranzo
- tre camere doppie di cui due con bagno privato con doccia, è disponibile un terzo bagno con vasca.
- stanza lavanderia con lavatrice
Sono inoltre disponibili : una piscina ( 8x4 mt.) ed una ampia terrazza panoramica da cui è possibile ammirare lo spettacolo del tramonto, gustando un bicchiere di chianti

Originally the House was a lay-loft and now it has been restored into a beautiful house with all comforts.
The House is located in the very heart of Chianti region near the little village of San Polo in Chianti,
and from its beautiful terrace you can admire a gorgious view especialilly at sunset time.
The house has:
- a living room with a large sofa and TV.
- a kitchen ( enterely made in the wall )
- a large dining room
- three bedrooms, two of them with a private bathroom with shower
- Another bathroom with bath-tube
- a Laundry room with a washing machine.
There are also a swimming pool ( 8 x 4 mt.) and a large panoramic terrace where the guests can admire the beautiful spectale of sunset on Chiantishire while tasting a glass of Chianti wine.

La Maison était à l'origine une grange qui a été entièrement restructurée et transformée en une magnifique villa dotée de tous les conforts.
La Maison est située au coeur du Chianti, près du village de San Polo in Chianti et depuis sa magnifique terrasse, il est possible d’admirer un magnifique panorama, surtout lors du coucher de soleil.
La Maison est composée de :
- un séjour avec un grand canapé et une télévision
- cuisine en briques
- une grande salle à manger
- trois chambres doubles dont deux avec une salle de bain privée avec douche, une troisième salle de bain avec une baignoire est disponible
- buanderie avec machine à laver
Sont en outre disponibles : une piscine (8x4 m) et une grande terrasse panoramique depuis laquelle il est possible d'admirer le coucher de soleil en dégustant un verre de Chianti

Ferienhaus war ursprünglich ein Heuspeicher und wurde später vollständig renoviert und in eine herrliche
Villa mit allem Komfort verwandelt.
Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen des Chiantigebietes (San Polo in Chianti). Von der Terrasse der Villa aus kann man ein herrliches Panorama, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang,
bewundern.
Das
Ferienhaus besteht aus:
-Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Fernseher
-Küche in Stein
-großem Esszimmer
-drei Doppelbettzimmer (2 davon mit privatem Badezimmer mit Dusche). Ein drittes Badezimmer mit Badewanne steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
-Waschküche mit Waschmaschine
-ein Schwimmbad (8x4Meter) und eine große Panoramaterrasse sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Von der Terrasse aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern und dabei ein Glas Chianti Genieessen.
