This property is set on a large estate comprising olive trees, vineyards, fruit trees, landscaped with many varieties of flowers and herbs. and offering superlative, extensive views. The interior decoration is a tasteful combination of antiques and contemporary furniture.

The location of the villa is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the tranquillity of the country-side and at the same time would like to visit Florence, which is only 11km away and easily accessible via train or car within 20 minutes. Distances: the small town of Compiobbi with all kinds of shops 4 km, Fiesole 1km, Florence 11km, Florence Sud 12km, Siena approx. 60 km. Lucca and Pisa are in easy reach within a 1-hour drive. Tennis and golf facilities are nearby. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with beautiful fruit trees, orchard offering several herbs including rosemary, basil, sage, thyme and arugula available seasonally, beautiful infinity pool (16 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,85 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location, open-air shower, partially covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs, charming loggia (5 x 8) equipped with dining area and barbecue. Telephone, fax and internet access available. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained cypress-lined driveway. Parking within the grounds. The rental price includes maid service (provided 3 hours, 3 days a week) and breakfast prepared 2 times a week. Chefs are available to cook on premises for an additional fee payable on the spot. Screens on most windows. Villa Fiesole is non-smoking.

Nice stone farmhouse completely restored preserving its original architectural features, situated in the medieval small village of Stigliano, on the hills around Siena. The villa, offering comfortably furnished interiors, is quietly located and affords beautiful views over a valley and over the surrounding landscape. Distances: the small village Rosia with all kinds of shops  km, Siena 15km, the medieval town of San Gimignano with its famous towers approx. 35km, Grosseto approx. 50km. The Maremma coastline is reachable in a one-hour drive. At guests' disposal: large terraced garden with orchards, furnished with table and chairs, private, above-ground swimming-pool (6 x 11 m - open from 15/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location and barbecue. The access to the property is via 1 km of a narrow, steep unpaved road which is not suitable for sports-cars. Parking within the grounds. On request it is possible to hire a baby bed (payment on the spot). Maid service available by arrangement (payable locally). Children under 2 years of age are considered as adults: the owner of the villa accepts only a maximum of 9 persons.
