An apartment located on the hills of Monteverdi Marittima (Costa degli Etruschi), at only a few kilometers from the cost of Marina di Castagneto.

The house is 15 kilometers from the sea, for nature lovers this is the ideal place far away from any traffic and noise, to take a walk or to visit the numerous town rich in history, art and culture which are not far from the house.

The house ( on two levels) is furnished in a pleasant but simple style, where the guests are situated on the top floor while the owners of the house live on the ground floor, this allows to assist you with any eventual advice. The apartment with a terrace ( 15 sq. mt.) has:
- a large living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- a well equipped kitchen with fridge, washing - machine, a gas stove
- a bathroom with shower
- a double bed room with a single bed
- a room with two single beds
- independent central heating

Une petite maison située sur les collines de Monteverdi Marittimo à quelques kilomètres de la mer de Marina di Castagnetto.

La structure est située à 15 kilomètres de la mer de Marina di Castagnetto, pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité de la nature, c'est l'endroit idéal, loin du trafic et du bruit, pour faire des promenades ou des excursions dans les nombreux bourgs qui, grâce à l'histoire de l'art et à la tradition, encadrent parfaitement la zone : Bolgheri, patrie del Carducci, Castagneto Carducci avec son allée de cyprès centenaire connu dans toute l'Europe pour sa beauté, les fouilles archéologiques de Baratti qui sont aujourd'hui la destination de nombreuses excursions.
La maison, construite sur deux étages met à disposition des hôtes l'étage supérieur, les propriétaires qui occupent l'étage inférieur sont disponible en cas de besoin ou pour donner des conseils.
